This machine is mainly used for de-airing and disposing mud for porcelain products,can disposing clay with moisture 21-24% . This equipment is consist vacuum pump and pug mill .Vacuum pump is connected with vacuum room of pugmill through pipe .After mixing in mud tank and extruding by spiral leaf ,mud is extruded into strips,then enter into vacuum room and finish de-airing
After de-airing process and pressing,mud plasticity can be increased ,Mud density is high ,so finished ceramic products have Little deformation ,high strength and good quality.

2. Working Principle of TCZL25 de-airing pug mill 
Pug mill is driven by motor ,after speed reducing through gear reducer,upper stirring shaft mix at the speed of 25r/min,lower extruding shaft rotate at the speed of 32r/min .When mud is putted into mud tank ,all the mixing mud leaves and spiral leaves on the stirring mud shaft,constantly break ,mix,knead mud ,and push mud forwardly .
Mud is cut into mud bars by sieve board,and then pressed into de-airing room ,after finishing de-airing process ,mud is pressed into extruding tube ,extruded by spiral leaves ,then is extruded into ф170 mud section. The mud mouth can be changed into different sizes according to the needs of production.
